The Law of Stupidity

Hey...guess what...my friend and i have finally came out with our new most limited edition theory in the world...scientifically proven i guess...haha...so,LET ME PRESENT
"THE SEHMING'S N MALIK LAW OF STUPIDITY"
~This law states that a person is stupid until he or she is proven to be not stupid~

So...do you understand the meaning of this law??If you don't that means you r still not proven to be not stupid.
